Anyway, our new monthly (so far) newsletter is not just an advertising gimmick. Sure, we will announce some specials and sales periodically, but it's main focus is to bring you breaking news, updates, recommendations, reviews and other information related to recumbent cycling. Our specialty, of course, will be recumbent trikes, handcycles, velomobiles, and accessories related to these cycles. We'll give suggestions for group riding, safety, security, and other matters of interest.

HAND CYCLES AT T. RYX / PTERRASOAR CYCLERY

PterraSoar Cyclery, our specialty cycle division, is your local Invacare/Top End hand-cycle dealer. PterraSoar is co-located with T. Ryx, Velocimobiles, and Bike Vault as divisions of Tyrannosaurus, Inc. We have the Force 2 hand-cycle in our showroom, and we have access to other models for test riding as needed. Just call ahead and we'll have them available for you to try on for size. Invacare is the manufacturer of hand-cycles, racing wheelchairs (and other chairs), and other equipment favored by government agencies. If you're looking for a hand-cycle for racing, touring, or just cruising around, Invacare/Top End is the brand you want. As an authorized Invacare dealer, we can also supply your racing wheelchair needs. We are the only bike/trike shop in southern California to carry these machines, so we also service them in-house.

We're also a government contractor with a DUNS number, and can sell hand-cycles, trikes, bikes, and other cycling equipment directly to government agencies. Our customers include such agencies as the Veterans Administration, Wounded Warriors Battalions for the Navy and Marine Corps, and others. And as always, we offer special treatment and discounts for active and veteran military individuals and groups. Many of our manufacturers and suppliers also offer discounts for disabled veterans and others.

TEMPORARY/PERMANENT HELP WANTED: ADMINISTRATIVE

Tyrannosaurus, Inc., parent corporation of T. Ryx Recumbent Trikes and Bike Vault, is looking for bookkeeping/accounting assistance. This is a temporary and part-time position initially, but may evolve into a permanent/full-time position for the right individual. The fact is, we simply can't keep up. We need your help with setting up QuickBooks (or similar) data, Payroll, Inventory, and other bookkeeping/accounting tasks to make us more efficient. We're a family-owned and operated S-Corporation, and we simply can't do everything ourselves.

Salary is commensurate on your knowledge, skills, and abilities. Job continuation over the long term will also depend on your ability to help increase our efficiency and profitability. Initial job duration will be determined during interview/selection of candidates. Our desire is to keep you on to make sure we remain efficient and profitable. Bottom line: you make your position affordable and practicable over the long term, you become a permanent member of our staff. Once the position becomes permanent, you'll be eligible for additional employee benefits and promotions.
